After September 1, there will be no further updates, bug fixes, or security patches to AcuGraph 4. As digital security requirements increase, you should expect that all or some portion of your software will cease to function properly. The AcuGraph 4 system was never intended to be and is not compliant with current patient data protection requirements. However, AcuGraph 5 Professional and Enterprise plans are equipped with a third-party, HIPAA secure email system that allows practitioners to safely, and legally email their patient reports securely.

A: Current subscriptions will be honored through their end date. Renewals of AcuGraph 4 secure backup will not be available.
