It may look comically small. But the inside has everything you need — including a bathroom, a bedroom, and a sufficient kitchen, among other amenities. At three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, and several common areas, this very traditional-looking Korean home is the perfect place for a large, tight-knit multi-generational family.
While it looks colorful and eye-catching during the day, this home looks its best at night — when the excellent lighting comes on and creates an appealing but solemn look that bridges the gap between tradition and modernity.
Where our previous entry adds a modern touch to a mostly traditional style, this Korean Designer Abode takes notes from historical Korean styles as inspiration for a modern home. On the inside, wooden surfaces come together with a mostly black and white palette for an elegant look. Now this Modern Zen house takes a lot of pointers from traditional Japanese households, and it looks great. Asian flora like bamboo and cherry blossoms can be seen throughout the outdoor areas, like the two large pools and the terraces overlooking them.
Inside, light beige and white serve as the backdrop for simple and tasteful decoration in rich dark colors. The tub in the center of the room keeps it from feeling cramped, and a mirror wall contributes to the spacious atmosphere. Another impressive contemporary structure drawing inspiration from historical Japanese styles is this lot.
This studio home is basically one giant box with the kitchen, living room, working area, and bedroom all occupying the same space. This works in tandem with the plethora of glass panel walls to give natural light access to most areas in the house. Not only does it make heavy use of glass panel walls to let in sunlight, but everything is painted with light-reflecting colors like beige and cream.
Even the master bedroom has a glass ceiling, and the bathroom barely has some wooden grid walls for privacy. Glass is used to let natural light through and give Sims a privileged view of the almost zen garden-like pond outside. Inside, dark brown and black colors are in constant collaboration to create an elegant look, and some brighter hues serve to give certain areas — like the bedrooms — a more homely style.
Our next entry seems fit to house the leaders of a local chapter of the Japanese Yakuza, with lots of black colors and dark wood that make it both stylish and a little intimidating. While the house itself is definitely appealing, the gorgeous front garden and generally incredible landscaping elevate this lot to greatness. In general, the indoor decoration is nice and elegant — if a bit tame — but the creative use of indoor plants, including vines growing up some walls, creates a beautiful contrast.
It includes three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, several dining areas, a private bar, and even a dance floor with DJ equipment. Many have moved onto playing the Sims 4 since it has so many modern updates, but plenty of people love the Sims 3 for its charm and all the memories. Not to mention all the amazing mods out there. Check Out This Mod.
If you want the eyes of your sims to just look more natural then download this mod and give it a try. It changes the masks that EA uses for the vanilla game and makes them look better in terms of illumination and coloring. This mod makes typical sim faces look much more realistic by improving the faces and facial expressions that you see in the base game.
The mod is basically an overlay for every face in the game that makes them look plainer and less cartoony, adding some much appreciated realism to The Sims 3. Rabbit holes have been a thing in the Sims since the first game was released. And you still needed to have them do tasks yourself because they were part of career expansions. Instead of going to a rabbit hole, your sim will then go to the selected lot and do any specific number of activities before they go home.
They might even slack off there which would be unfortunate. This makes the entire game experience much more interesting by giving more personality to every sim in the world you inhabit.
You cannot revert any trait changes by simply removing the mod. Even after removing the mod, Sims will remain with the traits and you might need to remove them manually using console commands. Test this out on a new save file if you wanna be extra careful. One of the main issues that many Sims games have had when it comes to basic issues and not bugs is that intros are way too long and people just want to jump straight into the action. This is true for most video games, but the Sims loves their intro screens.
Thankfully the No Intro mod allows you to jump straight into the action without having to wait or watch any intro video when you first boot up the game.
The Traveler mod is the best mod that you can download if you like to have your sims constantly moving from one town to another. This free mod makes it so that whenever you move a sim from one place to another on any other map, they will not lose any of the relationships the they have. This is great for people who like to play long legacy saves and have their sims move to different locations over time.
Now the mod does edit the way things work inside the files, so if you have any other mod that greatly alters the base game file it may clash with this one and neither will work. This is amazing as it makes gameplay feel much more realistic. But it does present one key problem: it becomes incredibly difficult to locate things, people, and houses.
This mod completely overhauls the original system and makes it far more user friendly. Alkeris 18 Nov pm. Hi, I have a notice that the mod replace the former basic droid with the advanced one. Even on the model from an old save without the expanded mod. And it's the same probelm for the warbot. Vel Ten 13 Nov pm. Seems to be some kind of weird glitch which makes the advanced droid incapable of doing any work for longer than a short period of time.
Also it can't harvest plants at all. It's weird. YuukoRespecter 8 Nov pm. For some reason the persona cores aren't appearing in the crafting list on the machining table but appears in the mint bill menu. Do I have to re-install the workbench or could it be the file is loaded in the wrong spot in the modlist?
Jiopaba 1 Nov pm. Odd comment, because I'm willing to bet this is a mod incompatibility. Sometimes drones that are incapable of cutting plants will prioritize chopping down a random tree over delivering resources to blueprints by hauling. It's quite annoying because chopping down a full-sized tree takes them like five hours, but if you pull them off it unless someone else does the job they'll immediately return.
The only way I've been able to stop it is by not allowing my drone to "Deliver Resources to Blueprints. Although i use androids, i want to take advantage of Diversity of thought and species diversity. Tirith Amar 30 Oct am.
